Job Title: Administrative and Logistics Assistant
Location: New Westminster, BC, Canada
Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)
Salary: To be determined based on experience
Our sport media company is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative and Logistics Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s administrative and logistics operations, including event promotion and our multiple e-commerce businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for events, including managing equipment and supplies, and coordinating with vendors and staff
- Assist with event promotion, including social media and email marketing campaigns
- Manage inventory of t-shirts and other merchandise, and process orders
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone and email inquiries
- Required to ship and receive merchandise
- Assist with other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Experience with logistics and event planning is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work in our office/warehouse in New Westminster, BC
