This years IFBB PRO SHOW Vancity Showdown includes the following divisions: Mens 212
The Westcoast Iron Vancity Showdown is excited to announce the addition of the IFBB Pro 212 Men’s Bodybuilding class, which will take place on Saturday, Sept 30 2023.
It will be an epic battle for the qualification for Mr. Olympia 2023. We can bring the 212 Men’s Bodybuilding back to Western Canada with great pleasure.

Why Choose the Vancity Showdown:
This years Westcoast Iron Vancity Showdown will count towards the Mr. Olympia Contest in 2023. This is the last chance to qualify for the Mr. Olympia 2023 this season. The entire event will take place under 1 roof and be easy and convenient for athletes to travel in and have a smooth show experience.

Here’s the detailed show format and schedule for the Vancity Showdown:
Prejudging (Starts at 10 AM):
Prejudging will begin at 10 AM, starting with the men’s divisions.
The exact start times for each class will vary depending on the number of athletes participating.
The order of classes during prejudging will be as follows:
- Men’s Bodybuilding
- Classic Physique
- Men’s Physique
- Women’s Fitness
- Women’s Bodybuilding
- Women’s Physique
- Women’s Figure
- Wellness
- Bikini
Please note that the IFBB Pro 212 class will go on stage at 12 PM, regardless of the progress in the program.
Finals (Starts at 4 PM):
The finals will kick off at 4 PM, starting with the men’s divisions again.
Similar to prejudging, the exact start times for each class during the finals may vary.
The order of classes for the finals will be the same as during prejudging:
- Men’s Bodybuilding
- Classic Physique
- Men’s Physique
- Women’s Fitness
- Women’s Bodybuilding
- Women’s Physique
- Women’s Figure
- Wellness
- Bikini
The IFBB Pro 212 class will have its finals at 6 PM, regardless of the progress in the program.
