The Westcoast Iron NATURAL Vancity Showdown will take place on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at the Delta Hotels Burnaby Conference Centre. This will be a tested event for athletes governed by the Canadian Physique Alliance (CPA) which will qualify top placing athletes to compete in a Pro Qualifier.
Competing athletes must have a valid CPA Membership before Registering. Register for your CPA Membership online here.

Here’s the detailed show format and schedule for the Vancity Showdown:
Prejudging (Starts at 10 AM):
Prejudging will begin at 10 AM, starting with the men’s divisions.
The exact start times for each class will vary depending on the number of athletes participating.
The order of classes during prejudging will be as follows:

- Classic Physique
- Men’s Physique
- Women’s Fitness
- Women’s Bodybuilding
- Women’s Physique
- Women’s Figure
- Wellness
- Bikini
Finals (Starts at 4 PM):
The finals will kick off at 4 PM, starting with the men’s divisions again.
Similar to prejudging, the exact start times for each class during the finals may vary.
