The Westcoast Iron OPEN Vancity Showdown will take place on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at the Delta Hotels Burnaby Conference Centre. This will be a non-tested events for athletes governed by the Canadian Physique Alliance (CPA) which will qualify top placing athletes to compete in a Pro Qualifier.

Here’s the detailed show format and schedule for the Vancity Showdown:
Prejudging (Starts at 10 AM):
Prejudging will begin at 10 AM, starting with the men’s divisions.
The exact start times for each class will vary depending on the number of athletes participating.
The order of classes during prejudging will be as follows:
- Men’s Bodybuilding
- Classic Physique
- Men’s Physique
- Women’s Fitness
- Women’s Bodybuilding
- Women’s Physique
- Women’s Figure
- Wellness
- Bikini
Please note that the IFBB Pro 212 class will go on stage at 12 PM, regardless of the progress in the program.
Finals (Starts at 4 PM):
The finals will kick off at 4 PM, starting with the men’s divisions again.
Similar to prejudging, the exact start times for each class during the finals may vary.
