PARKING: The VCC has a two-level, 305-vehicle underground parking garage with access from Douglas Street. The parkade is open daily (year-round) from 5:00 a.m. until midnight with an attendant on duty.

Loading and Setting Up
All Silver/Booth sponsors will receive a 10ft area with one 6ft table and linen.
LOAD IN NOTES: Reminder to bring your extension cords (the Conference does not have extension cords for everyone).
Any LARGE items that require the loading dock are available Saturday between 7:00 -10:00 PM.
Once you are at the loading dock, you must call Client Services (250-704-6752) to access the building. Smaller vendors can use the courtyard and Douglas street lane for move-in. Douglas street doesn’t have ramps, so that would be more pop-up banner vendors and lighter move-ins.
We will have access to the Pre-Function area at 7 am on Sunday, but as I mentioned, the loading dock will not be available in the morning until after 10 AM. VIS Team Staff will be on-site at 8 AM. Athletes will arrive at 9 AM, and the first show is at 10 AM.
EARLY LOAD IN SATURDAY: This is available for a select few vendors between 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
LOUT OUT NOTES: Reminder to kindly dispose of or remove any garbage, floor wraps, merchandise, etc., following the event (7:00 PM). Then, you can use the loading dock for the move-out.
LOADING DOCK: This is a reminder to please unload and move your vehicle. This space is not for parking. Access is available Saturday between 7:00 -10:00 PM and Sunday after 10 AM.
