CPA Amateur Show:
This event is a regional level 1 show governed by the Canadian physique alliance welcome to everyone from coast to coast in Canada. No experience needed to compete in this show. Competing athletes must have a valid CPA Membership before Registering.
IFBB Pro Show:
The Vancouver Island Showdown PRO/Am will also feature IFBB Pro Women’s Bodybuilding, IFBB Pro Women’s Physique and IFBB Pro Wellness athletes! We are extremely to continual to build on this all women’s pro show with the new addition of WELLNESS!

Directions & Parking
The VCC has a two-level, 305-vehicle underground parking garage with access from Douglas Street.
The parkade is open daily (year-round) from 5:00 a.m. until midnight with an attendant on duty.
After hours, the parkade is secured. Rates are $1.75/30 minutes up to a daily maximum of $18.
There is a height restriction of 6’2″ (1.88 m).
